Who is responsible for your data

There is no company, firm or other registered entity behind this website; all work is carried out in a personal capacity.

Information collected

Only the information needed to answer an enquiry and deliver the work is collected:

• Contact details submitted through the contact form or sent by email: name, email address and, if you provide it, a phone number.
• Project information you share so that the work can be quoted and delivered, such as requirements, documents, designs and repository access.
• Billing details needed to raise an invoice in your name.
• Basic technical data recorded by the hosting provider and the analytics tools, such as the pages visited, the referring page, the approximate region and the browser type.

Payments and card details

Payments made on this website are processed by Cashfree Payments, which is the payment processor. Card numbers, UPI credentials, net banking logins and bank account numbers are entered on Cashfree's own systems and are never received, seen or stored here. What is received is the outcome of the payment: a reference number, the amount, the date and the status.

How the information is used

Personal data is used only for the purposes it was given for:

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation or proposal.
• To carry out and deliver the agreed work, and to provide support after delivery.
• To raise invoices, collect payment and keep the records required by Indian tax law.

How long data is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Project files, correspondence and invoices for completed work are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, which is currently eight years from the end of the relevant financial year. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form only.

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to project files, repositories and billing records is limited to the people who need it for the work, which in practice means only Vishal Kumar Chaubey and, where you have asked for it, your own team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be erased where there is no legal obligation to keep it, and withdraw a consent you gave earlier. Children
