This policy explains how the services and digital products of Vishal Kumar Chaubey, an independent freelance developer operating in his personal capacity, are delivered.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
No physical goods are sold or shipped. There is nothing to courier, no shipping address is needed and no shipping charge is ever added to an invoice. Everything is delivered digitally.
Depending on what was ordered, delivery takes one of these forms:
Services are delivered on the milestone dates set out in the accepted quotation; each milestone is handed over as it is completed rather than everything arriving at the end. Documents and digital products are delivered immediately or within one working day of the payment being confirmed. Where a delivery depends on an app store review or another third party, the time that party takes is outside this control and is reported as soon as it is known.
Every delivery is confirmed in writing by email, with the repository link, the build, the deployment details or the attached document. If a delivery has not arrived by the agreed date, the email below reaches a person, not a queue.
Report anything missing, inaccessible or broken to vishalchaubey0011@gmail.com with the project name and the milestone concerned. Access problems are fixed within one working day, and defects in a delivered milestone are covered by the thirty-day support described in the Terms & Conditions. Where a delivery cannot be made good, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
Delivery questions can be sent to Vishal Kumar Chaubey at vishalchaubey0011@gmail.com.
